Tank Destroyers

Tank Destroyers, or TD's, are very important support tanks in the World of Tanks game. Often, they are forced into front line roles with potentially disasterous results.

I deally, a Tank Destroyer will be behind the Heavies and other Tanks. They are often used as a defensive line in battles in lieu of as a support tank.

With impressive frontal armor and equally impressive guns, most Tank Destroyers can destroy most tanks in seconds and often with one well-placed shot.

The greatest weakness in the Tank Destroyers is that they have poor turning speed and (traditionally no turrets). Some of them have great speed and with a properly trained driver they can even turn rather nimbly. Open top Tank Destroyers are highly susceptible to DERP guns and HE shells. Beware Light Tanks (Scouts)and get them before they can get to you.
